Supervisors have both a legal and moral responsibility to look after the Health and Safety of employees. Ignorance is no defence in a Court of Law. This qualification will enable managers and supervisors to improve the Health and Safety culture of their organisation, whatever its size or activity.
By the end of the course the delegate will be able to understand Health & Safety issues relevant to their role, understand how Health &Safety fits into the organisation and how to supervise their staff in Health &Safety issues.
